WELCOME BABY COOKIES

‘Bebek’ means ‘Baby’ in Turkish. Because we did not know the name of the baby but just the gender, I decorated no name cookies. Funny enough, Ece, my daughter already started with the baby- she is a friend in the neighborhood. Time is passing by very quickly; summer is already there. It is just like yesterday that the weather started getting cold. How come!

BABY SHOWER COOKIES

I am always happy to bake cookies for babies…and here goes another set to an expected baby boy. The bibs are embossed with Patchwork Cutters embossers. It would never be enough for me even if I had owned all of them 🙂
I am travelling to DUbai next week; looking forward as I wish to purchase a lot of Wilton products. Every trip is an opportunity for cakeware shopping 🙂

WELCOME KIVANÇ BABY COOKIES

As I am new mom (well I still consider myself new while my baby is approaching the age of 2), I love to bake cookies for welcoming the newborn. Most probably because I was too tired of seeing pale pink and pale blue everywhere, I prefer these types of brighter colors.
Kıvanç is not yet born, but his mom’s friend has asked me to prepare the cookies as a gift to family. Not all are photographed, but the photo above gives pretty much the picture of the arrangement.
We are expecting Kıvanç Baby!

WELCOME BABY / BABY SHOWER COOKIES – IT’S A BOY

The reason why I started decorating cookies was a baby, my daughter. That is why, and probably because since pregnancy everything about babies is beloved, my favorite are always baby shower/welcome baby cookies. I consider every single detail about baby cookies to be cute, so I love – love decorating baby figures.
And best equipment to use for my decorations or style, is the silicon moulds. I am a Karen Davies fan, but because First Impressions has got this amazing collection of almost everything, I buy often from them. The sleeping babies are First Impressions, and the bear is Karen Davies.
