Preparing logo cookies for corporates is a bit tricky; once the edible logos are ready, you need to put a bit of water behind the logo sugar; and immediately place it on fondant before it melts- and you have to do it quick and clean. That is how I do cookies with pictures, which is a real challenge when you have to prepare hundreds or even thousands of them for company events.
