KIDS COOKIES

Summer is almost there, in a week and a half my holidays will start! First off to Antalya (south of Turkey- sea paradise sun); and I’ll go 3 more times to south. Maybe one more to Bodrum but not yet planned. I agreed to meet my friends in Budapest and that is all I have yet planned. Looking forward to holidays; I believe I will be less productive in summer in terms of cookies, but then it is no big deal as I hate to play with fondant in hot weather. It melts quickly!

COOKIES FOR MY FAMILY

5 years ago I have built a very small family of my own by getting married to the beloved ALI. It was till 2 years ago I never felt like a family but as if we were 2 lovers living together. The little one, ECE joined us to form the trio – and here we go. Although small, we are FAMILY! I was always a happy child/person whatever, and life was fun, but birth of Ece and sharing life as a family has given me the joy I could have never dreamt of. I like the kid for sure as every mommy does; but I enjoy life very much when we the trio- the family do things together, go on holiday etc.
The other day, I baked cookies in our name, just because I am very proud of this mini family. Ali Ece and myself, Elif. I took these photos so that I will hang them on my kitchen wall; to personalize my kitchen and enjoy baking cookies even more 🙂

HOW CAN I GO INTERNATIONAL

I would have loved to go international. Just because I would love to apply different ideas from different cultures to cookies. Calixte, Come and Philippine live in Montpellier and have received their cookies this week to eat. I am in hope that kids will love them; they are my best customers as they get happier than everyone with such colorful and joyful food.

TRUCKS & TRACTORS

Emir’s mothers had these pictures designed for a unique concept on his son’s birthday. Trucks and Tractors. We applied the design with the messages from birthday boy to the fondant cookies.

I always use fondant on my cookies, as I personally dislike the taste of icing or cream.
