MISCELLANEOUS BIRTHDAY CAKES

The first castle cake was for my daughter on her first birthday. As we did not celebrate her first birthday, due to upsetting losses in my family, I prepared this the very last minute for people who would come in any case. That is why the simple and quick design.

Snow globe cake went to a little princess on her first birthday.

Winnie the Pooh cake was also a last minute surprise for a most beloved cousin on her birthday. The honey in Pooh’s honey jar was real honey.

PrincessCake below was for my niece, a one-portion cake for her to enjoy dinner.

The one below is a football team, Fenerbahçe concept… for a boy’s birthday.

WEDDING CAKE

The cake was for a well-known photographer in Turkey, and was supposed to be simple, just depicting the bride and the groom…

BACHELORETTE PARTY CAKE

I have not decorated many cakes, as I tend to stay away from this part of the business. Here are however a few cakes I had decorated over the time.

Bed scene went to a bachelorette party.

HOW MY COOKIE JOURNEY STARTED

First cookie is above, and second set below…I was always in love with colorful cookies, from a trip to Vienna. I had no idea about a product, fondant so my mom brought me this orange, worst color ever rolled fondant to play around. and here is what I have baked and decorated with no equipment or decor materials.

The tooth set was the second study I had made for my daughter’s first tooth celebration. Given the interest/encouragement from my guests, I kept doing this. The cake is however my first…the sheep’s eyes were simply stickers 🙂
I learned at this party that 1 cookie per guest is never enough! The very little flower was my ever favorite at the time…whereas I almost never use them today…unless the customer asks for it.
