I have been a home baker-decorator of cookies & also cakes sometimes since I started last year
finally I am institutionalizing the cookie business in Turkey. As this is food related, I cannot make this international – at least for now; but would really want to do so. These days I visit tax offices often to finalize the process. Sooner or later, I will own my own bills. Great days for me, as it is my first time establishing a business of my own.
I have been a professional for 14 years now (still am though…will not want to quit my job because of this..I am career oriented and love to attend business events etc…) The cookie job will be a side job, hobby job however I can name it Wish me luck will you??
